1. Scope

This policy explains how Skilled Job Traders LTD uses cookies, browser storage, scripts and similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user's device ("storage technologies").
The website is built on Wix. Wix and enabled services may use storage technologies for security, login, sessions, payments, resilience and other functions.
Skilled Job Traders LTD is registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17261782, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Current approach

We currently use only:
- storage technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, including login, security, session, fraud-prevention and payment functions; and
- a notice-preference technology that remembers that the Cookie Policy notice has been acknowledged.
The current notice contains **Read More** and **OK** controls. Selecting **OK** closes the notice and stores the notice preference. It is not a request for consent to analytics, advertising or other non-exempt technologies.
Our current scan has not identified advertising, retargeting or third-party marketing technologies. Because Wix, enabled applications and configurations can change, we keep the live register and this statement under review.

3. When consent is required
​
We provide clear information about storage technologies before using them.
We do not request consent only where the storage or access satisfies every condition of an applicable legal exception. Depending on the circumstances, an exception may cover:
- transmission of a communication;
- storage or access strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user;
- storage or access used solely for qualifying statistical purposes, where clear information and a simple and free means of objecting are provided;
- storage or access used solely to adapt the appearance or functionality of the service to the user's preference, where clear information and a simple and free means of objecting are provided; or
- qualifying emergency-assistance location use.
Where no exception applies, we will obtain valid consent before activating the technology. Consent will be granular where appropriate and capable of being withdrawn as easily as it was given.
4. Current cookie and storage register
The table below reflects the cookies we use. Exact durations may vary according to browser behaviour, Wix configuration and future provider changes.

Storage technologies may be added, removed or renamed by Wix or an enabled provider. We will update the live register after a material change or a scan identifying a new technology.

5. Accounts and login
​
When a user requests registration, email verification, login or member-only functions, Wix may use session, authentication, security and account-access technologies necessary to provide those functions.
Technologies used for unrelated analytics, advertising, profiling or experiments are assessed separately and are not treated as necessary merely because the user has an account.

6. Security and reCAPTCHA
​
Protected forms and account flows may use Wix security checks, Google reCAPTCHA or another anti-abuse service to prevent spam, fraud and automated attacks.
Security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, interaction signals, session information and fraud or abuse indicators.
If a configuration has a non-exempt purpose, it will not be activated for that purpose before the required consent is obtained.

7. Payments
​
When a Trader chooses to purchase a membership, Wix Payments and related payment or fraud-prevention providers may use storage technologies necessary to create and secure the payment session, authenticate the transaction, prevent fraud and manage the subscription.
Any technology used for a separate analytics or advertising purpose is assessed separately. The checkout identifies or links to relevant payment-provider information.

8. Analytics, experiments and advertising
​
We do not currently use advertising, retargeting or third-party marketing tools such as Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
If we introduce analytics used solely for qualifying statistical purposes, we will rely on the statistical-purpose exception only where every legal condition is satisfied, including aggregation requirements, limited retention of individual-level information, clear information and a simple free means of objecting. Otherwise, we will obtain consent before use.
Advertising, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiling and non-exempt experimentation will not be activated before valid consent.

9. Managing storage and choices
​
Users can block or delete storage through their browser settings. Clearing browser storage will also clear the cookie-notice preference, so the notice may reappear.
Blocking essential technologies may prevent registration, login, security, Job posting, contact revelation or payment functions from working.
If we introduce a technology requiring consent or an exception requiring an objection facility, an appropriate on-site control will be made available before or when that use begins.

10. Changes
​
We update this policy and the live register when storage technologies, providers or purposes materially change.
Where a new use requires consent, it will not begin before consent is obtained. Where an exception requires a simple and free objection mechanism, that mechanism will be available before or when the use begins.
